Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be charged a 5% handling fee. Your delivery fee is non refundable

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (sealed). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please note that we have a strict return policy due to the nature of the products we sell and we cannot accept products back unless they are defective as it is difficult to test whether the product has been used or the packaging has been opened. and we cannot sell products that have been opened as we pride ourselves in quality high end products. Once the packaging's seal has been broken/opened we cannot accept the product back for return/credit. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@deardesire.co.za.

There after it will be at the customers responsibility to log a return with a courier, or alternatively drop it off at our showroom. 9 Aylesbury Road, Bellville. Any and all fees incurred will be at the sole responsibility of the customer.  Please note that any return accepted will be at the discretion of the manager and a levy may be charged. If the product in question is defective, please allow for 2 weeks for the product to be sent to the supplier for testing. 

Please note: we will first inspect the product before processing the credit and we may decline the product due to the nature of the product and for hygiene purposes

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
