If your order is below R600 a delivery fee of R100 will be charged.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries placed before 10am will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days. Applies only to main center's (Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria etc.)

If you reside outside of a main center, please allow for 2 to 4 working days for your order to be delivered.

Peak Season (Black Friday/Cyber Monday Week and December/Early January)

Due to these high volumes of freight, parcels might be delayed with both local and regional deliveries to be affected. Delivery timelines will be extended and will look something like this:

  • OVERNIGHT: ± 3 - 4 working days (MAIN CENTERS as mentioned Above)

  • ECONOMY:± 5 - 7 working days, excluding the day of collection (Areas outside of Main Centers)

Who will deliver my order?

Courier Guy will delivery your order door to door.

Or it will be delivered to the PostNet of your choice for collection (***this option will take 2 - 4 days ***)

When will my order be packaged?

We package orders Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm, if you place your order before 11am, your order will be sent out that day and to be expected the following working day, if you reside in one of the main center's. If not, your order should be expected within 2 to 4 working days.

If your order is placed on the weekend or after hours, we will process and dispatch your order the following business day.

Please note the couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

If you place an order on a Thursday after 11am please allow for extra delivery time as your order will only be dispatched on Friday to be delivered on Monday.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is placed. You can track your order via the courier company’s site.

What will my package look like?
